NSFI Strategic Planning Day 3 Photo Highlights

Day 3 | Halfway through the week, Nature’s Spring Foundation, Inc. proceeds with discourse on goal-drafting and strategy-mapping for their core program areas in Education, Health, Environment, and Disaster Risk Reduction.

The morning session entailed a review of yesterday’s insights in order to construct program-specific goals, intended outcomes, and contributions.

Further discussion in the afternoon took place to design and test a strategy map suitable for the approaching 2026-20230, ensuring it is feasible and aligned with program-specific objectives.
