NSFI STRATEGIC PLANNING DAY 4 PHOTO HIGHLIGHTS

Day 4 | On the fourth and final day of the workshop, the NSFI team focused on developing the draft strategy storyboard, conducting scorecard cross-reviews, calibrating targets, and generating strategic initiatives and projects.

The team also prioritized and sequenced the initiative portfolio and identified the next steps needed to complete the 2026–2030 Strategy.

As the workshop concluded, the team remained committed to carrying forward the lessons, shared responsibilities, and plans that will guide the foundation’s programs and direction for the next five years.
