DAY 2 | NSFI Strategic Planning Workshop

On the second day of the Strategic Planning Workshop, the NSFI team assessed external trends, risks, opportunities, and strategic directions across its Education, Health, Environment, and Disaster Risk Reduction programs.

Each program team identified the evolving needs of its target communities and discussed appropriate strategic responses to emerging challenges and opportunities.

The team also reviewed and revised each program’s Theory of Change to strengthen assumptions, contribution pathways, and logic models for the next five years, ensuring alignment with NSFI’s organization-wide direction.
