Scholars Meeting with NSFI-DKCDI Negros Oriental and Siquijor

Nature’s Spring Foundation, Inc. (NSFI) successfully conducted Scholar Meeting with the NSFI-DKCDI scholars in Negros Oriental and Siquijor. On June 24, 2026, the session was held at the Dumaguete Kalauman Center for Development, Inc. (DKCDI) in Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental, with ten (10) NSFI-DKCDI scholars in attendance. On June 25, 2026, another session was conducted at UCCP, Larena, Siquijor, bringing together sixteen (16) NSFI-DKCDI scholars.

During the session, Ms. Kim Chavez, NSFI Program Officer – Education, reintroduced Nature’s Spring Foundation, Inc. and the NSFI-DKCDI College Scholarship Program, highlighting the organization’s mission and commitment to empowering deserving students through education.

The gathering also provided a meaningful space for scholars to share their personal stories, aspirations, accomplishments, and the challenges they face in their academic journey. Through open dialogue, the scholars and program team identified actionable steps to address their needs and further strengthen the support provided by the scholarship program.

At NSFI, we believe that listening to our scholars is just as important as supporting them. By fostering meaningful conversations and collaborative solutions, we continue to nurture not only academic success but also personal growth and resilience.
