Department of Social Welfare and Development Standards Bureau conducted a monitoring visit to Nature’s Spring Foundation, Inc. last May 5, 2026, as part of its commitment to ensuring that Social Welfare and Development Agencies (SWDAs) continuously uphold the standards and requirements in the implementation of social welfare programs and services.
Monitoring Visits refers to the conduct of announced and/or spot monitoring activities to SWDAs and is conducted at least once during the validity of the Certificate of License to Operate and/or Certificate of Accreditation. This process ensures sustained compliance with established standards, utilizing the current approved assessment tool administered by duly authorized assessors during the actual monitoring activity.
Through this initiative, Nature’s Spring Foundation, Inc. remains dedicated to promoting accountability, transparency, and excellence in delivering responsive and quality services to the community. 💙
