Nature Spring Foundation, INC., Philippine Coast Guard Auxiliary, and Philippine Coast Guard Palawan Forge Partnership Through MOA Signing

Nature’s Spring Foundation, Inc. (NSFI), together with the 215th Philippine Coast Guard Auxiliary (PCGA) Squadron, formally signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Philippine Coast Guard Palawan District (PCG CGDPAL) on May 28, 2026, at the PCG CGDPAL Station in Puerto Princesa City.

The signing ceremony was led by Capt. Adonis Añasco, Deputy Commandant of PCG CGDPAL, and Manolita Faelnar, National Director of the Philippine Coast Guard Auxiliary, and was attended by representatives from NSFI, PCG Palawan, and the PCGA.

The partnership aims to support the expansion of the dental wing of the PCG CGDPAL medical facility, enhancing its capacity to provide dental and basic healthcare services to Coast Guard personnel and other intended beneficiaries throughout Palawan Province.

NSFI extends its heartfelt gratitude to Rear Admiral Weniel Azcuna, Capt. Añasco of PCG CGDPAL, Auxiliary Captain Adonis Sucalit and Auxiliary Lieutenant Commander Richie Palallos of the 215th PCGA Squadron for their leadership and project management, and to Captain Michell Ursabia for his tireless coordination in making this milestone possible.

Through this initiative, NSFI reaffirms its commitment to improving access to healthcare, supporting community health initiatives, and strengthening public service institutions that play a vital role in serving and protecting communities across the country.

Together, NSFI, PCG Palawan, and the 215th PCGA Squadron look forward to advancing a shared vision of healthier and more resilient communities through meaningful collaboration and public service.
